Video tutorials

Aisman includes a built-in video tutorials library organized into sections. Videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded directly in the application.

Accessing video tutorials

You can reach the Video tutorials page from several places:

• Footer: Under Resources, click Video tutorials.
• Home page hero: Click the Video tutorials button.
• Home page “How it works” section: Click the video thumbnail or the More videos... link.

Browsing tutorials

The Video tutorials page has two areas:

• Left sidebar: Lists all sections and their videos, sorted alphabetically. Sections appear first, then videos within each section are sorted alphabetically.
• Right content area: Shows the selected video with its title and description.

When a video is selected, all other videos in the same section are displayed as medium-size thumbnails below the player in a responsive grid (3 per row on normal-width screens, fewer on smaller screens).

Click any thumbnail to switch to that video.

Managing tutorials (master users)

If you have the master role, you can add and manage tutorial content directly from the Video tutorials page:

1. Add a section: Create a new named section to group related videos.
2. Add a video: Under a section, add a video by providing a title, description, and YouTube embed link. Aisman automatically normalizes the link to an embed URL and generates a thumbnail.

Videos are sorted alphabetically within their section. To reorder, rename the video or section.
